YOU WERE IN AN ACCIDENT. NOW WHAT?

If you’re involved in an accident, here’s what to do at the scene:

  • Stop

  • Stay Clam

  • Don't leave the scene

  • Move yourself to a safe location

  • Contact the police

Once those steps are taken, collect the following information as best as you can. One way to collect this information is to take pictures with your mobile phone of the following:

  • Name, phone number, insurance company, and policy number of the other drivers/operator(s)

  • Photos of your bike and the other vehicles/bikes involved

After the information is collected, please login or call 800-242-2464 to submit your claim.

Phone: Call 800-242-2464. You can also supply supporting documents to Harley-Davidson Insurance Services online.

Online: Submit a First Notice of Loss online. Log in or create an account and navigate to the claims section. This method allows for faster processing of your claim.

Once you file a claim, one of our claims associates will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
