WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS IN VIRGINIA?

In Virginia, motorcycle riders are required to carry liability insurance that meets the state’s minimum coverage limits. As of January 1, 2025, Virginia increased its mandatory insurance requirements for all motor vehicles, including motorcycles.
